Sustainable wellness for women in corporate: grounded in psychology, movement, and nutrition, designed for real 9–5 (&5-9) lives.

As a former Big 4 accountant and management consultant, I experienced firsthand how corporate ambition can erode your health—so I left to retrain in psychology, become a yoga teacher, and explore how different cultures approach wellness. Along the way, I worked as a Lifeline crisis supporter and facilitated mental health workshops for creatives and marketers, combining my corporate background with my passion for preventive health. I created Ascend with Bec to help women professionals build sustainable wellness routines - covering movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and psychology- so they can prioritise their health, feel energised, and truly enjoy the lives they’ve worked so hard to build.

Once upon a time, I thought yoga meant squeezing into tight leggings and trying to touch my toes in a packed studio. I had no idea what the teacher was saying half the time (what even is a Chaturanga?), and I often left class feeling more confused than calm.
